Zoo Camps

At Lincoln Park Zoo camps, kids in grades preK–8 go wild for nature. Through hands-on activities and visiting the animals, campers uncover all the ways the zoo—and the Earth!—is an amazing place.

As part of our commitment to serving all who want to participate in our programs, scholarships are available for most of our programs.

In-person Camps

Summer Conservation Camp

Rising Grades PreK–4
Registration Closed

Campers will explore the zoo and learn about animals and how we care for them as they make new friends and spend time in the great outdoors. Capacities for each week are limited to 40 total campers, and special safety measures will be put in place to protect campers and staff.

To attend, campers must be 4 years old on their first day of camp.

Spring Break Camp

Campers explore the characteristics of different animal habitats in North and South America, and learn more about the critters that call them home. Each camp day is independent and has a different theme, so campers can choose which days to attend.

Summer Zoo Crew

Rising Grades 5–8
Registration Closed

Due to the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, Lincoln Park Zoo will not offer Zoo Crew in 2021.

Membership Early Access

Active Lincoln Park Zoo members at the Individual level and above receive a 15% discount on all camp registrations. Members also enjoy invitations to exclusive zoo events, free and reduced parking, and discounts on purchases and other youth programs.
