Members can redeem up to 8 free ZooLights tickets and save 20% on public event tickets and 15% on learning program registrations all year long. Members-only opportunities and free or discounted event ticket benefits can be redeemed by logging in to Lincoln Park Zoo’s online ticketing platform. Before making a transaction, you will see a “Member Login” link:

• To log in, enter your 8 digit Member ID number and last name.
• Proceed with the transaction; member free ticket allocations and discounts will automatically be applied.

On-Grounds Discounts

• Zoo Restaurants and the Gift Shop: show your member card (physical or digital) at the register to redeem your 10% discount.
• Wagon and Stroller Rentals: show your member card at Searle Visitor Center to receive a 50% discount on wagon and stroller rentals.
• Ride tickets: show your member card at Searle Visitor Center or the Member Center to receive a discounted rate on ride ticket packs. Ride tickets can also be purchased online here. Log into your member profile before purchasing to automatically receive the discounted pack rate. Unsure how many tickets remain in your ticket pack? Visit the Member Center to check your balance!

Local Restaurant Discounts

Lincoln Park Zoo members receive 10% off their order at the following eateries in Lincoln Park. Please show your member card to redeem the discount.

• Aloha Eats: 2534 N. Clark St
• North Buena Deli (Lincoln Park): 345 W Armitage Ave

Members-Only Opportunities

Early Bird Mornings

Early Bird Mornings will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. on the second Saturday of the month from March through October, except in June. There is no date that month due to Super Zoo Picnic on June 20. Ticket reservations will open 60 days before each event.

Special benefits include:

• Exclusive members-only access to zoo grounds from 8–10 a.m.
• Free rides on the Endangered Species Carousel and Lionel Train Adventure
• Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the Member Center
• 20% discount on Gift Shop purchases

Member Parking Instructions

Members save with discounted or free parking depending on membership level. The zoo parking lot is located at 2400 N. Cannon Drive off Fullerton Avenue.

Please see below for instructions on how to redeem your parking benefit in the Cannon Drive lot.

Individual Members

To receive your discounted parking rate of $12:

• Upon entering the parking lot, press the “Print ticket” button on the screen. Take the printed ticket and keep it with you.
• When exiting the parking lot, scan your parking ticket first.
• Then, scan the QR code on your member card to apply the discount rate.
• Tap or swipe a credit card to pay and raise the gate.

Household Members

To use your two free parking passes and receive your discounted parking rate of $12:

• Upon entering the parking lot, press the “Print ticket” button on the screen. Take the printed ticket and keep it with you.
• When exiting the parking lot, scan your parking ticket first.
• Then, scan the QR code on your member card to apply the discount rate.
• If no fee is due*, the gate will open automatically.
• If a fee is due, tap or swipe a credit card to pay and raise the gate.

*Your two free parking passes will be loaded into the system automatically. Once they have been redeemed, you will receive the member discount rate on subsequent visits.

Safari and Donor Club Members

To receive your free parking benefit:

• Upon entering the parking lot, scan the QR code on your member card. The gate will open automatically.
• When exiting the parking lot, scan the QR code on your member card. The gate will open automatically.

NOTE: Please do not press the “Print ticket” button on the screen at the entrance. If you do, please visit the Member Center to validate your ticket before leaving the zoo.

New Feature: License Plate Recognition for Safari and Donor Club Members
The new parking system uses license plate recognition technology. It should recognize your license plate after several repeat visits, so you will not need to scan your membership card at the entry or exit on future visits. The gate will lift automatically.

Important Parking Information

Please note that only one car per membership is allowed in the lot per visit. Full parking information is available here.

Lincoln Park Zoo reserves the right to limit or restrict parking benefits on special event days, such as during the Chicago Air and Water show. Special rates may apply for these events.

Having issues with redeeming your member parking benefit? Please visit the Member Center (open 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) for any parking or membership questions.
