For the matinee show: Enter zoo grounds at the the East Gate (in the parking lot) or the West Gate (Stockton Drive and Webster Avenue). Head to the west door of Pepper Family Wildlife Center.

For Matinee Show ticketholders: Zoo gates will close at 3:30 p.m., so please plan to arrive before then.

For evening shows: Please use the front entrance of Café Brauer for the evening performances, off the circular driveway at 2021 N. Stockton Drive. Do not enter from the patio.

The 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. shows are appropriate for all ages, but the 7:30 p.m. show is for guests ages 18+ only.

Every individual in your party must have a ticket for entry, including infants, children, and Lincoln Park Zoo members.

Tickets for this event will not be available for sale at the gates.

All Lincoln Park Zoo event tickets are nonrefundable and not transferable to another event. If you are not able to make it, feel free to give your ticket to a friend or family member.

Nope! For the most efficient experience—and to help conserve paper—please have your ticket ready on your smartphone. All guests must show their ticket for entry.

Only Kid-Friendly Matinee Show tickets include ZooLights admission. Tickets to the evening shows do not.

The 3 p.m. matinee show includes:

VIP tickets (available for evening shows only) include reserved seating in the first three rows and one drink ticket.

Limited paid parking is available in the zoo’s parking lot, located at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Drive). Parking is not included in the price of your ticket.
During ZooLights, traffic can become congested and parking may become difficult to find. When the parking lot is full, zoo staff will close it temporarily to ensure the safety of patrons. The lot will reopen when it is no longer at full capacity.

We strongly encourage guests to use public transportation or rideshare services if possible. The zoo is accessible by train via the Armitage and Fullerton stations and by bus via the 22, 36, 151, and 156 routes.

Rideshares may drop off and pick up guests outside of the zoo’s West Gate (at Stockton Drive and Webster Avenue) for the matinee show, or Café Brauer (2021 N. Stockton Drive) for evening shows.
