Overview

Enjoy the music, dancing with Snoopy, eating cookies and drinking hot chocolate throughout the show. Then, be the first in line to meet Santa and see the lights once the show is over! Admission to the show includes admission to ZooLights Presented by ComEd and Invesco QQQ.

Three performances will take place on Sunday, December 10, 2023.

Matinee:

3:00–4:30 p.m., Pepper Family Wildlife Center

*Come join us for the all-new matinee performance at Pepper Family Wildlife Center and enjoy these classic tunes alongside the trio of growing lion cubs! This special show will take place in the glow of an 18-foot holiday tree and will include hot cocoa and cookies for the family as well as admission to ZooLights Presented by ComEd and Invesco QQQ following the performance.

Evening Shows:

6–7 p.m. and 7:30–8:30 p.m., Café Brauer

Does my ticket include access to ZooLights Presented by ComEd and Invesco QQQ?

Matinee tickets do include admission to ZooLights. When the performance ends at 4:30 p.m., you may enjoy the lights at the zoo. Please note that there is no re-entry if you choose to leave zoo grounds.

Tickets for the two evening shows are good only for the performance. Please visit lpzoo.org/zoolights to purchase tickets for ZooLights.

What is included with a matinee ticket?

A matinee ticket includes hot cocoa and cookies as well as admission to ZooLights.

What is included with a VIP ticket?

A VIP ticket includes a beverage voucher and a reserved seat in the front two rows.

Can my child attend? Do they need a ticket?

Yes, this show is appropriate for all ages. Every individual in your party must have a ticket for entry, including infants, children, and Lincoln Park Zoo members.

I want to change my tickets. What is the refund and exchange policy?

Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased in advance. They will not be available at the door.

Is parking available?

Paid parking is available at the zoo parking lot located at Fullerton Avenue and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Dr.).  There is free, street parking on Stockton Dr. and W. Lincoln Park when available. The zoo is also accessible by Chicago Transit Authority trains via the Armitage and Fullerton stations and by bus via the 22, 36, 151, and 156 routes.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! All guests must show their ticket for entry. For the most efficient experience, please have your PDF ticket ready on your smartphone.

Will there be food and beverages available for purchase?

Yes, there will be a cash bar available as well as nonalcoholic beverages, bottled water, and snacks available for purchase.
