At this whimsical marketplace, you’ll be able to browse upcycled and handcrafted wares like home goods, garden gear, art, fashion, bath and body items, and more—all while enjoying the 3+ million lights of ZooLights Presented by Invesco QQQ and ComEd along the way.

Whether you’re looking for unique gifts, enjoying a night out, or simply soaking in the spirit of the season, the Holiday Market is a great way to support local businesses and divert would-be waste from landfills.

Where can I enter?

You can enter from the East Gate, located in the zoo parking lot at Cannon Drive and Fullerton Avenue; West Gate, located at Webster Avenue and Stockton Drive; or Lester E. Fisher Bridge Gate, located between the zoo’s parking lot and Stockton Drive on the bridge over Nature Boardwalk.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Nope! For the most efficient experience—and to help conserve paper—please have your ticket ready on your smartphone. All guests must show their ticket for entry.

Is parking available?

Paid parking is available in the zoo’s parking lot located at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Drive). The zoo is also accessible by train via the Armitage and Fullerton stations and by bus via the 22, 36, 151, and 156 routes.

We strongly encourage guests to use public transportation or ride-share services if possible.

I’m a Lincoln Park Zoo member! Do I get a discount?

Yes! Lincoln Park Zoo members get a 20% discount on all event ticket purchases. Log in with your membership information at tickets.lpzoo.org and your member discount will automatically apply to event tickets in your cart.

What if it rains?

All Lincoln Park Zoo events take place rain or shine. Please dress accordingly! Animal buildings will be open, and the carousel is covered.

Will I see animals?

Lincoln Park Zoo cares for more than 650 individual animals. Animals at the zoo have the choice to be out and visible or behind the scenes. Visit go.lpzoo.org to see the species that call Lincoln Park Zoo home and navigate to their habitats while you’re here!

What can’t I bring to this event?

Smoking tobacco or cannabis and vaping inside zoo gates are prohibited for the health and safety of the animals. Pets are not allowed at the zoo, but service animals are welcome.

Medications and prescriptions are allowed with proper labeling and identification. Staff may ask you to place certain medications in a secured locker in Searle Visitor Center during your visit.
