Take Action on Behalf of Endangered Species

How You Can Take Action for Endangered Species

A new federal rule that redefines prohibited “harm” is currently being proposed to roll back protections to animals covered by the Endangered Species Act. By limiting the definition of “harm” to include only physical acts against individual animals, this proposal would decimate protections against habitat modification. Unfortunately, without healthy habitats, there is no wildlife!

We ask you to join us in submitting a comment to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service by May 19 stating your opposition. For more information or a sample comment template, visit the zoo’s blog.
