Chicagoland crafters, this one’s for you! Adults Night Out: Crafted is a night for craft enthusiasts ages 21+ to get hands-on with your favorite crafts and hang out with the local creative community. Bring your latest work in progress, start up a new project, and make new connections in a supportive environment.

All Tickets Include:

What are the age restrictions for this event?

All guests must be 21 years of age by Friday, August 21. No one under 21 will be admitted to the event.

Is this event accessible?

When will ticket prices increase for this event?

Early Bird tickets: May 19–June 18
General Admission tickets: June 19–July 30
Last Call tickets: July 31–August 20
Door tickets: August 21 (by 5 p.m.)*

*If tickets are still available on the day of the event, tickets will be sold at zoo gates.

Can I purchase tickets at the gate?

Maybe. If tickets remain available, a limited number will be for sale at the entrance gates for a higher price. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, though, as this event may sell out quickly!

My plans changed and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund or transfer my tickets to another event? What happens if it rains?

All Lincoln Park Zoo event tickets are nonrefundable and not transferable to another event. If you can’t make it, feel free to give your ticket to a friend or family member ages 21 or older.

All events will be held rain or shine. Please dress accordingly!

Is parking available? Where can my rideshare drop me off? Can I take CTA?

Paid parking is available at the zoo’s lot, located at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Drive).

We recommend rideshares drop off and pick up guests outside of the zoo’s West Gate at Stockton Drive and Webster Avenue.

The zoo is also accessible by train via the Armitage and Fullerton stations and by bus via the 22, 36, 151, and 156 routes.

What parts of the zoo will be open? Will I see animals?

Hopefully! Most outdoor and indoor habitats will be open for viewing. However, all animals have the choice to be in view of guests or behind the scenes. Zoo buildings will close for the night by 9:30 p.m.

What can't I bring to the event?

Lincoln Park Zoo is a smoke-free, vape-free environment. For the health and safety of our animals and visitors, smoking is prohibited while inside zoo gates. Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome.

No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed, except for on-duty police or security personnel. For the safety of guests, staff, volunteers, and animals, all purses, bags, and other items carrying personal belongings are subject to inspection upon entry.

Please make note of these restricted items:

  • No outside food or beverages
  • No filled water bottles, beverage containers, cans, or bottles
  • No folding chairs
  • No luggage of any kind
  • No animals (except service animals)
  • No coolers (unless medically required)
  • No illegal substances
  • No noisemakers or balloons
  • No Segways or motorized scooters
  • No thermal containers
  • No weapons
  • No remote-controlled aircrafts or drones
  • No items deemed dangerous or inappropriate, including bladed items such as scissors, knives, and box cutters
