ZooLights Returns Saturday to Transform Lincoln Park Zoo into Twinkling Winter Wonderland

Cherished light show is powered by green, renewable power

Chicago (November 16, 2021)—It’s the most wonderful time of the year! ZooLights Presented by ComEd and Invesco QQQ returns on Saturday, November 20, transforming Lincoln Park Zoo into a twinkling winter wonderland. Tickets are available via Eventbrite at lpzoo.org/zoolights.

Lincoln Park Zoo is committed to advancing sustainable strategies and practices at the zoo. This year’s cherished light show is powered by green, renewable power. All of the lights are energy-saving LEDs and are powered by wind energy.

“ZooLights is going green!,” says Vice President of Operations Brendan Daley. “As an institution dedicated to advancing sustainable strategies and practices, we’re thrilled that Chicago’s beloved light show is powered by green, renewable energy this year”.

Tickets to ZooLights are free on Mondays and Tuesdays and are $5 Wednesday-Sunday. Due to limited capacity to foster a safe experience for all guests, tickets are required for all guests including infants and children. All ticket sales from ZooLights support the zoo’s world-class animal care, global conservation efforts, and innovative learning programs.
