My plans changed and I can no longer attend. Can I transfer my tickets or get a refund? What happens if it rains?

Paid parking is available at the zoo’s lot, located at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Drive).

We recommend rideshares drop off and pick up guests outside of the zoo’s West Gate at Stockton Drive and Webster Avenue.
