Why does this cost $10 when I can visit the zoo for free during the day?

This is a special new event for Lincoln Park Zoo! We’re extending operating hours and bringing in additional entertainment and offering train and carousel rides for free (those attractions usually cost $4 per ride). As a nonprofit institution funded primarily by the generous contributions of our guests, we appreciate your ticket purchase!

Are there age restrictions for this event?

No. All are welcome, and all kids 10 and under may attend for free
