Beer-tasting stations will be hosted outdoors, among the zoo’s beautiful gardens, during this reduced-capacity, one-of-a-kind experience just for adults. Plus, enjoy food for purchase, exclusive after-hours access, and views of the zoo’s diverse animals!

Proceeds will benefit Lincoln Park Zoo’s world-class animal care programs, innovative learning opportunities, and worldwide conservation initiatives.

As a reminder, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Lincoln Park Zoo you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Will I see animals?

Craft Brews at the Zoo will take place across Lincoln Park Zoo’s grounds; however, Farm-in-the-Zoo will be closed and indoor buildings may be closed pending city/state restrictions.

Nearly 200 species live at Lincoln Park Zoo. In general, animals tend to be most active around feeding—diurnal species are most active during the day while nocturnal animals are most active at night. But remember: most habitats at the zoo include behind-the-scenes areas, and the animals can choose where to spend their time.

What are the age restrictions for this event?

No guests under the age of 21 (including babies) will be permitted into the zoo during this event. Before entering the zoo, you must provide a state-issued ID or United States passport to show proof of age.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

If tickets remain available, a limited number of tickets will be for sale at the door for an advanced price. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, though, as there are a limited number of tickets for this event and it usually sells out quickly. We cannot guarantee tickets will be available at the gates on the day of the event.

Can tickets be traded, transferred, or refunded and what happens if it rains?

If you are not able to make it to the event, you can give your ticket to a friend or family member. The name on the ticket does not need to match your ID. There are no refunds for tickets purchased for special events at the zoo.

All events are held rain or shine. Please dress accordingly!

How do I enter the event and can I re-enter once checked in?

Guests may enter the zoo at the East Gate on Cannon/Fullerton (the zoo’s parking lot) or the West Gate on Stockton/Webster. Tickets can be scanned on your smartphone or on a printed sheet of paper. Re-entry for this event is not permitted.

Where can I park and is parking included with my ticket?

Will there be food or beverages for sale at this event?

Yes. Food will be available at Eadie Levy’s Landmark Café and pop-up concessions scattered across the zoo.

All cafes accept cash and credit. However, during this time, we strongly encourage cashless payment.
