Frequently Asked Questions
Will I see animals?
That’s the plan! Our Animal Care staff carefully plans feeding and enrichment to be timed with this event so guests can have great viewing opportunities during breakfast. However, animal welfare always takes precedence at Lincoln Park Zoo which means animals always have the choice to participate or not in these types of experiences. If the animals choose to be out of view, that is their prerogative. Most of the time, they are enthusiastic participants… especially when it means special enrichment!
What if I have a food allergy or other diet restriction?
This event is vegetarian-friendly, but not vegan or gluten free. If you have a food allergy or concern, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll see if we can help!
Is this event affected by COVID-19 or city/state mitigation efforts?
Safety is our top priority. We will continue to adhere to city/state guidelines for the pandemic, including shifting the format of the event as needed to ensure safety. At this time, we do not anticipate any special arrangements due to COVID-19.
*As a reminder, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place. By visiting Lincoln Park Zoo, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Maybe. If tickets remain available, a limited number will be for sale day-of. We encourage guests to purchase in advance.
I am a member. How do I get my discount?
When you purchase tickets on Eventbrite, use the first three digits of your member number as your promotional code. This will apply your discount. If you have any issue with this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help!
Can I transfer my tickets or get a refund?
If you are not able to make it to the event, feel free to give your ticket to another party. We do not offer refunds due to changed plans or inability to attend.
What if there is inclement weather?
All events are held rain or shine. Please dress for the day.
How do I enter the event and can I re-enter once checked in
Enter at the zoo’s East Gate (main gate from our parking lot at Fullerton & Cannon Drive) or the West Gate at Stockton and Webster. Look for the event venue in your confirmation information.
