Wine. Science. Animal babies. Now that’s a happy combo. Learn about zoo animal matchmaking at Wine & Wildlife: The Science Behind Zoo Sex on Thursday night, February 27.
The dwarf mongoose babies born recently at the zoo were the result of careful planning by zoo scientists who manage animal populations at zoos throughout North America. Fun fact: the central database for all that planning happens to be hosted at Lincoln Park Zoo.
Meet two of the zoo’s scientists closely involved in this massive effort this Thursday evening at Regenstein Center for African Apes.
