DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Coordinate all evaluation and monitoring initiatives with the Assistant Director of Staff and Volunteer Learning
-Implement program evaluation and monitoring initiatives for training and guest services programs including developing methodologies and evaluation tools, conducting surveys and interviews, data collection and analysis.
-Train staff in the use of evaluation tools
-Analyze internal program data and produce regular reports that monitor program activities and participant information to ensure proper program implementation
-Analyze program outcomes and conduct needs assessments to help guide program implementation, enhancement and expansion for all staff and volunteer training
-Draft reports and presentations including preparation of spreadsheets, charts and tables that will represent outcomes to key stakeholders.
-Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Third year undergrad or First years Master's Program Preferred
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Detail Oriented
Able to work outdoors for periods of time
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
Proficiency with MS Office
Willingness and ability to conduct on-grounds interviews and engage visitors in conversation
Strong customer service orientation
