Zoo volunteers receive a host of benefits, including:

Yet it seems the greatest benefits of volunteering are intangible: gaining knowledge; learning new skills; meeting people who share similar interests; and knowing that you are making a difference and a worthwhile contribution to one of Chicago’s important cultural institutions, to the community and to wildlife conservation.
