Good Times, Good People at Zoo-ologie

As a guest of Saturday’s Zoo-ologie event at Lincoln Park Zoo, I have to say I had a great time. The music was lively, the food was tasty and the people were fun. As President of Lincoln Park Zoo, I would like to to express my gratitude to the Auxiliary Board, who made this the best spring event in recent memory.

A sold-out crowd of more than 600 generated more than $25,000 for the programs and animals at Lincoln Park Zoo. Kudos to Zoo-ologie co-chairs Erin O’Brien, Daniel Silverfield and Annessa Staab, whose tireless efforts made this event a smashing success. I’d also like to recognize all sponsors of Zoo-ologie, including Mercedes-Benz Chicagoland Dealers.

The work done at Lincoln Park Zoo is on the cutting edge of science. But to fund efforts here in Chicago and around the world the zoo relies on your support. I’d like to personally thank members of the Auxiliary Board and all who attended Zoo-ologie for their continue connection to the zoo.

As always, I’ll keep you posted.

Sincerely,

Kevin Bell
