Localvore: What is a Localovore? (for adults)

This is the movement of people that consumes food that is grown or produced within in a 100 mile radius. Chef Abe will talk about the environmental impact eating locally has in addition to preparing at least 3 recipes whose ingridients are strictly local.

Do you love seafood but are worried about the impact it has on our environment? Chef Abe will not only show you the proper techniques for cooking fish and shellfish, but will discuss how to have less impact the oceans fish population. A minimum of 3 recipes will be prepared based on what in season and available.
