Zoo grounds close at 5 p.m. for setup. Everyone must leave zoo grounds. Zoo members with tickets and Lincoln Park Zoo Member ID can enter 15 minutes early at 5:45 p.m.
Gates open to the general public at 6 p.m. Concerts end at 10:30 p.m.
Opening act starts at 7 p.m. Headliner starts at 9 p.m.

Purchasing online - service charges apply
You must print and bring your ticket if you purchase online. There is no Will Call. You can print online or tickets will be mailed to you.

Purchasing by phone - service charges apply
Beginning June 1, you may purchase tickets by phone at 312-742-2283. These tickets will be mailed to you.

Purchasing at the zoo - no service charge
Beginning June 3, tickets can be purchased at the zoo's Gateway Pavilion (Information Services) everyday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. without service fees.

Purchasing at the concert
If we are not sold out, tickets can be purchased at the gate. However concerts do sell out so buy early!

Policies

• There is no will call
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed inside zoo gates for Jammin’ concerts.
• No cameras or recording of any sort will be allowed.
• No pets may be brought onto zoo grounds.
• Series tickets are not available after the June show.

Location
Concerts are held at Lincoln Park Zoo on the Main Mall. Seating is general admission, and guests are invited to bring small blankets. Come early and enjoy a delicious dinner from Park Place Café. Beer and wine will be available for purchase for guests 21 and older. The Kovler Lion House and Kovler Sea Lion Pool will be open during the event.

Seating
General-admissions seating. Rain or shine. No refunds.

Transportation
Limited paid parking is available on Cannon Drive.
CTA buses 151 and 156 stop directly in front of the zoo on Stockton Drive.
