Wine & Wildlife: Prairie Pioneers

Enjoy a glass of wine while learning how wildlife experts from Lincoln Park Zoo, Lake County Forest Preserve District and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are helping smooth green snakes, ornate box turtles and meadow jumping mice populations recover in northern Illinois.

United Run for the Zoo
This USATF-certified, chip-timed race is a highlight in the Chicago running calendar. The 5K, 10K and 5K Fun Walk courses wind through and around zoo grounds. Back this year by popular demand: a Safari Stampede mini obstacle course for kids ages 8 and under!
