Lincoln Park Zoo and the American Zoo and Aquarium Association are pleased to host the AZA Behavioral Advisory Group Ethograms.org Web site. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully. By submitting an ethogram to this site, viewing or otherwise using this Web site, you are stating your agreement of the following terms:

1. By submitting your ethogram, you agree to have it posted on this Web site without compensation to you.

2. Posting of an ethogram is subject to acceptance for inclusion in the BAG ethogram database at the sole discretion of the Site Host.

3. The Web Editor may edit your ethogram for clarity and grammar, or otherwise modify the ethogram you are submitting.

4. Submitted hard copies will not be returned.

5. As a submitter of material you must have ownership of or copyright for the material. We only accept submissions from the original author of the ethogram. By submitting material, you acknowledge that you are legally entitled to distribute the work and to allow it to be redistributed.

6. Information submitted for posting to Ethograms.org can be removed at any time. To have your posted ethogram removed, please contact Steve Ross at ross@lpzoo.org.

7. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print to hard copy portions of this Web site for the sole purpose of using materials it contains for informational and non-commercial personal use only. Any other use of materials in this Web site, including any commercial use, reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution or republication, without the prior written consent of Lincoln Park Zoo is strictly prohibited.

8. This agreement may be changed from time to time. Notice of revisions will be posted on this page. Your continued use of this Web site constitutes your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the agreement.
