Looking to learn about plants native to the Midwest? This series offers a regional round-up that’s accessible, easy and useful. Focusing on a few plant families, we will discuss native plants (avoiding lists to memorize) and explore the native landscape at Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park Zoo. As you encounter plants, we’ll review what distinguishes them and how they can be used in your green space.

Participants can relax after class with a complimentary drink at the Patio at Café Brauer.
