Wine & Wildlife: Vaccinating the Serengeti
The zoo–led Serengeti Health Initiative preserves the African ecosystem while benefiting the people who call it home. As guests enjoy a glass of wine, Vice President of Conservation & Science Lisa Faust, Ph.D., will share how the zoo protects animals a world away, and field scientist Anna Czupryna will offer firsthand accounts of life in the field.

Lincoln Park Zoo scientists are assisting the recovery of endangered eastern black rhinoceroses in South Africa’s Addo Elephant National Park. Enjoy a glass of wine while experts in endocrinology, population biology and animal care discuss the zoo’s contributions to this critical effort.
