Completed in 1982, the zoo’s four-acre
Antelope and Zebra Area is home to an assortment of hoofed mammals,
including camels,
zebras, antelopes and deer. Family groups of these animals,
most of them rare or endangered, graze in the shade of century-old
trees in numerous outdoor habitats.
