Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, June 3–September 3
Take in the views of the city skyline as you connect with nature at Lincoln Park Zoo. Nature Boardwalk provides a unique, peaceful environment for practicing yoga amidst shady trees, chirping birds, and the warm summer breeze.
Learn or perfect the basics of yoga in this class targeted to beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners—we gladly welcome you to your first or your one-thousandth class. Classes are carefully instructed to give you individualized options that best support your needs.
Classes incorporate elements of hatha and vinyasa practices that will lead you through yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and mindfulness techniques (samyama) to not only improve your health, but also develop a calm and balanced mind.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and bottled water.
